Booking & Cancellation Policies

Platinum Villas - Policies and Terms & Conditions

Platinum Queenstown accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard & Union Pays a service fee of 2% applies, American Express a service fee of 3% applies and New Zealand Debit cards no service fee applies.

All reservations require valid credit card guarantee (VISA debit cards not accepted). Credit Cards are only used as a guarantee and no payments will be deducted unless cancellation / no show charges apply for accommodation reserved OR you have booked our Advance Purchase option OR your reservation is over the New Year period, at which time your card will be debited within 24 hours of you making the booking.

Platinum Queenstown reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you are unable to comply with this policy.

In the event of non-payment Platinum Queenstown reserves the right to charge the guarantor's credit card (supplied at the time of booking).

Any Guest making a booking must be over 25 years of age and all/any guests unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian must also be over 25 years of age.

All bookings over the New Year period are required to be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

No cancellation fee is payable on bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival. A cancellation fee equal to the value of the first night's accommodation will be charged for cancellations received between 14 & 7 days prior to the date of arrival; full value of the booking will be charged for any cancellations received within 7 days prior to the date of arrival.

All bookings of 3 or more villas, a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking, balance of the total booking is due 30 days prior to arrival.  No amendments or cancellations will be accepted beyond 30 days of arrival.

Rates and villa types are subject to availability at the time of booking.

We will match prices in New Zealand Dollars including taxes.

Close out periods may apply.

Non-refundable bookings will remain on the same terms and conditions applicable to that special and will require full payment at the time of booking.

Email Campaign - Policies and Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

This promotion is open to select guests booking the minimum stay at Platinum Villas Queenstown as specified in the marketing communication for this campaign. Bookings must be made between the dates specified, for stays occurring between the dates specified in the marketing communication. The Valued Guest Code specified in the marketing communication must be applied at the time of booking to qualify for the offer.

Promotional Discounts and Competition Entries:

In the instance where a discount is offered, guests using the Valued Guest Code will receive the discount off the total cost of their villa stay. The discount applies to room rates only and does not include any additional services or fees.

Offers and competitions from a single campaign cannot be combined with promotions from other campaigns. For instance, the Platinum 10% Return Guest Discount cannot be applied alongside another offer.

Minimum Stay:

The minimum stay (specified in the marketing communication) is required to be eligible for this promotion.

Competition Packs:

The specific contents of competition packs may vary from time to time, and Platinum Villas reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value without notice.

Selection of winners:

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible bookings made with the Valued Guest Code (specified in the marketing communication). Winning guests will receive the prize upon check-in at Platinum Villas.

Notification of the Winner:

Winning guests will be notified upon checking in at their villa. The selection of the winning guests is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings.

In the event of a competition campaign, if the booking associated with the winning entry is canceled, a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Non-Transferable:

The promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

Offer Availability:

This promotion is subject to villa availability. Platinum Villas reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.

Booking Changes:

Changes to existing bookings made during the promotional period may affect eligibility for the discount or entry into the competition. Any booking modifications must comply with the terms of this offer.

Terms of Use:

All bookings are subject to Platinum Villas' standard terms of use and house policies, which can be reviewed on our website.

Liability:

Platinum Villas shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to any errors, interruptions, delays, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
